The application process consist out of three steps;
- Employer Check - accreditation criteria
- Job Check - Labour Market Test (inclusive of pay rate, skills and experience, min 30 hrs per week, meeting employment laws and minimum job requirements)
- Migrant Check - Education and work history
A pathway to residence will be introduced in the future for migrants who have held an AEWV for 2 years and are paid at least 200% of the median wage.

We offer the additional full Compliance Package for the Accredited Employer Work Visa as Compliance by the employer AND employee will be required to maintain your accreditation status the following years.
