The application process consist out of three steps;
- Employer Check - The employer requiring to meet and satisfy the accreditation criteria
- Job Check - Labour Market Test meaning thet the position must meet criteria inclusive of pay rate, skills and experience, min 30 hrs per week, meeting employment laws and minimum job requirements
- Migrant Check - The migrant muast meet and satisfy the Educational background and Experience required to perform the offered position
Next to a Pathway to Residence through the Skilled Migrant Category (still closed), the AEWV has TWO Pathways to Residence, this as follow;
- Green List occupations - two-year work to residence OR ‘fast track’ straight to residence options
- If paid twice the median wage - two-year work to residence option

We offer the additional full Compliance Package for the Accredited Employer Work Visa as Compliance by the employer AND employee will be required to maintain your accreditation status the following years.
